Count it out.
A show budget you can explain at the door. Use the actual agreement for each cost. A blank means unknown; enter 0 when there is no cost.
Make the deal match the sheet.
The arithmetic only helps when the inputs mean something. Confirm the room hire, who provides sound, the guarantee to each artist, and who absorbs ticket fees. Count a sponsor’s money only once the contribution is confirmed. If a cost is undecided, keep it blank and settle it before treating the result as a plan.
Write the assumptions in the notes. Share the downloaded budget with the other organizer, then reconcile actual paid admissions, payouts and receipts after the night. Read the complete show-cost guide.
